From download to first conversationDownload එකේ ඉඳන් පළමු කතාබහ දක්වා

About ten minutes. You need your microphone and an internet connection.විනාඩි 10ක් විතර. Microphone එකයි internet එකයි ඕනේ.

  1. Download the installerInstaller එක download කරන්න

    Use the Download button on the Velion page. The file is called VelionSetup.exe.Velion page එකේ Download button එක ඔබන්න. File එකේ නම VelionSetup.exe.

  2. Run itRun කරන්න

    Double-click the file and click Next until it finishes. No administrator password is needed.File එක double-click කරලා ඉවර වෙනකම් Next ඔබන්න. Administrator password එකක් ඕනේ නෑ.

    If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, click More info and then Run anyway. This appears for new apps that Windows doesn't know yet. Only do this for a file you downloaded from this website.Windows “Windows protected your PC” කියලා පෙන්නුවොත් More info ඔබලා Run anyway ඔබන්න. Windows තාම අඳුරන්නේ නැති අලුත් apps වලට මේක එනවා. මේක කරන්න මේ website එකෙන් download කරපු file එකකට විතරයි.

  3. Add a free AI keyFree AI key එකක් දාන්න

    The dashboard opens and asks for a key. Groq is the quickest: sign in at console.groq.com, open API Keys, click Create API Key, copy it and paste it into Velion. A Google Gemini key from aistudio.google.com works too. Adding two keys keeps Velion working when one reaches its daily limit.Dashboard එක open වෙලා key එකක් ඉල්ලනවා. ලේසිම Groq: console.groq.com එකට sign in වෙලා API Keys open කරලා Create API Key ඔබලා, copy කරලා Velion එකට paste කරන්න. aistudio.google.com එකෙන් ගන්න Google Gemini key එකකුත් වැඩ. Keys දෙකක් දැම්මොත් එකක දවසේ limit එක ඉවර වුණත් Velion දිගටම වැඩ.

    Keep your keys private. Velion stores them only on your PC.Keys කාටවත් දෙන්න එපා. Velion ඒවා save කරන්නේ ඔබේ PC එකේ විතරයි.

  4. Teach it your voiceඔබේ හඬ හඳුන්වා දෙන්න

    On the first start Velion asks you to say a few sentences. This creates your voice profile, which is what lets only you confirm risky actions. Speak normally, in a quiet room.පළමු පාර start වෙද්දී Velion ඔබට වාක්‍ය කීපයක් කියන්න කියනවා. එකෙන් ඔබේ voice profile එක හැදෙනවා, අවදානම් වැඩ confirm කරන්න පුළුවන් ඔබට විතරක් වෙන්නේ ඒ නිසයි. නිස්කලංක කාමරයක සාමාන්‍ය විදිහට කතා කරන්න.

  5. Say the wake wordWake word එක කියන්න

    Say Hey Velion, then your request, for example “what's the weather today?” or “remind me at 6 to call home”. Speak in Sinhala and it answers in Sinhala.Hey Velion කියලා ඔබේ ඉල්ලීම කියන්න, උදාහරණයක් විදිහට “අද කාලගුණය කොහොමද?” හෝ “හයට ගෙදර call කරන්න මතක් කරන්න”. සිංහලෙන් කතා කළොත් සිංහලෙන් උත්තර දෙනවා.

  6. Optional extrasකැමති නම් තවත්

    • Calendar: paste your calendar's private iCal link in Settings.Calendar: ඔබේ calendar එකේ private iCal link එක Settings එකේ paste කරන්න.
    • Email: add an app password (not your normal password) in Settings. Access is read-only.Email: Settings එකේ app password එකක් දාන්න (සාමාන්‍ය password එක නෙවෙයි). කියවන්න විතරයි.
    • Background mode: one switch starts Velion when you sign in to Windows.Background mode: එක switch එකකින් Windows එකට sign in වෙද්දී Velion start වෙනවා.
    • Offline speech: recognise your voice on the PC itself, with no audio sent online.Offline speech: ඔබේ හඬ PC එකේම හඳුනගන්නවා, audio online යවන්නේ නෑ.

UpdatesUpdates

When an update is ready, a small download icon appears at the top of the dashboard. Click it and Velion installs the update and restarts. Check for updates in Settings does the same on demand.Update එකක් ආවම dashboard එකේ උඩ පොඩි download icon එකක් පේනවා. ඒක ඔබපුවම Velion update එක install කරලා restart වෙනවා. Settings එකේ Check for updates එකෙන් ඕනෑම වෙලාවක බලන්න පුළුවන්.

UninstallingUninstall කිරීම

Open Windows Settings → Apps, find Velion and click Uninstall. Your memory, chats and settings are kept in your user folder in case you reinstall. Delete that folder to remove them too.Windows Settings → Apps open කරලා Velion හොයලා Uninstall ඔබන්න. ආයෙත් install කළොත් කියලා ඔබේ memory, chats, settings ඔබේ user folder එකේ ඉතුරු වෙනවා. ඒවත් අයින් කරන්න ඒ folder එක delete කරන්න.
